On-The-Go Workout

Away on a business trip? Stay fit with these anytime-anywhere moves.
Whether you're travelling or need a quick workout indoors that doesn't require equipment, these effective moves let you tone up right in your hotel or living room.

Do three sets for each move.

Leg sweep

Tones: Adductors (inner thighs)
Reps: 10

  1. Stand straight, with body weight on left foot, right leg extended in front of you with toes about 10 inches in front of your left foot.
  2. Keeping knees straight, slowly sweep right toes to the left past your left foot. Lift right foot up and return to starting position.
  3. Complete one set then switch legs.


Heel raise

Tones: Calves
Reps: 10

  1. Stand with feet slightly apart.
  2. Slowly rise up onto the balls of your feet, lifting your heels off the ground as high as you can. Lower to starting position.


Lunge

Tones: Butt and legs
Reps: 10

  1. Stand with hands on hips, feet hip-width apart.
  2. Lunge forward with left leg, lowering until your thigh is parallel to the floor, then rise up and lunge forward with right leg to complete 1 rep.
