10. Instant oatmeal

Instant oatmeal is a fulfilling super-snack -- plus it's also perfect as a desk snack food, so stash some at work. We love that it's rich in fiber (including heart-healthy soluble fiber) and low in calories and fat. Some brands have way too much sugar, though. When buying, look for 'low sugar' and sweeten with fruit toppings instead.
