 | | 5 / 6 Diet with moderation
Most of us could benefit by paying a little more attention to what we eat, but it's important to recognize that healthy eating, as with most things in life, should be done in moderation.
Aim for a practical approach and make changes in food choices gradually. Try the 80/20 eating plan: If 80 percent of what you eat is nutritious, you can afford to be slightly less careful about the other 20 percent.
Bottom line: A truly healthy diet should not compromise your quality of life, nor have a negative effect on your lifestyle or relationships with others. If you're in doubt, talk to a nutritionist to work out a nutritional plan together.
