Women who don't do much exercise are more likely to experience fertility problems, on the other hand, a study conducted by the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and the Emory University in Atlanta suggested that doing too much exercise can also be harmful, so finding the right balance is crucial.

Fertility tip: Doing thirty minutes of moderate exercise on most days of the week is optimal. No time for a half-hour workout? Splitting your regime into three 10-minutes sessions a day is just as good, say experts.
